The Shops at Cheeksparger- Bedford, Tx.
A retail center of about 25,000 sf  in three buildings . The Phase 1 building will have 15,000 sf. The developer desired the exterior character to reflect a small urban village . Elevation materials include stucco, stone and clay tile roofs.  The Phase 1 project was completed in late 2008 and is now fully leased. Phase 2 is slated for final planning in late 2011.
