Garden Town Center- Dalworthington Gardens, Tx. A retail center of about 19,000 sf  located in a small very affluent township. This phase 1 building anchors a total project of about 50,000 sf.  Elevation materials include stucco, stone , metal awnings and standing seam metal roofs.  The Phase 1 project was completed in late 2010 and is now fully leased. Phase 2 is slated for final planning in late 2011.
