A 90 unit -111, 866 sf  apartment community designed to house the active young single or married adult . 
The apartment units range in size from 764 sf  to 1284 sf . There are also some townhouse style units that are 1420 sf with single garages. Amenities include a club building with a large pool and extensive landscaping. 
The project was completed in early 2004.
