This is a mixed use project located in the heart of a rejuvenating urban village located near the hospital district in Fort Worth. Adhering to the urban design guidelines created by Fort Worth South Inc., the project has a unique character. The first floor has 5,200 sf of medical office space and the second floor has a 1200 sf residence. The building is currently in the final planning stages with construction slated to be complete by late 2008.
