K. E. Andrews  Office Center- Rowlett, Tx.
An office center for K. E. Andrews Co., a property tax consultant firm. The 22,600 sf three story structure is placed on a peninsula between Lake Ray Hubbard and Dalrock Road. The owner desired the building to have a mountain lodge character. The exterior has ample heavy timber, rough wood siding, metal roofing and native rock. The eastern elevation has large expanses of glass to bring the lake views into the interiors. The project was completed in late 2008.
