A cluster of five  brick and stone  buildings of 26,000 sf   which offers individual business owners a portion of the project for purchase. Cost of the project was about $ 2,900,000.00 in 2008. Tenant finish outs are still progressing with attorneys, orthodontists , family counselors and insurance executives in place.

Millhaven Office Center- Hurst, Tx.
A  brick and stone  building of 10,275 sf  was awarded an “ Excellence in Design” recognition from the City of Hurst. Cost of the project was about $ 1,100,000.00 in 2007.
