 EXPERIENCE:

 Terry R. Cunningham has been responsible for overseeing the complete overall architectural design and construction of many types of projects since 1979.  His experience includes working with large architectural firms, real estate developers and construction management companies.  Project roles have included project architect, construction administrator, project manager and finally principal architect of record. His experience also includes construction management of small to medium size projects. The types of projects Mr. Cunningham has been involved with is quite diverse. Offices , Banks , Churches, Health Care ,Commercial Centers , upscale single family residential, multi-family residential and entire communities have been created with his designs and oversight.
